19時頃到着
でっかい『蕎麦と天ぷら』の表示があり、
店変わったんか？！と驚いてもたが、
ちっさい正規屋号表示発見し安堵し入店
先客は2名
スタッフは女性オンリー
◎海老と鱧の天丼¥1400
サラダ、小鉢(ひじき＆だし巻き)、うどん(そば？)スープ付
サラダのピンク素材や、赤パプリカ天ぷらなど、
女性店主らしい妖艶な彩り❣
天ぷらは米油で薄衣に揚げ、利尻昆布と本枯れ節を使った天つゆでさっぱりめ
量も女性が完食できそうな量
天ぷらは、海老、鱧2個、ナス・赤パプリカ・えのき・モロッコインゲン
よくあるうどん屋のバリバリ衣なやつではなく、しっとり柔らかめの衣、これまた癒やし
鱧天が肉厚でふっくらふかふかでヤバウマ♪
えのき天は旨味散弾銃
