鮨・酒・肴杉玉阪急武庫之荘駅
ワッフルで有名なR.L（エール・エル）が割と長いこと入っていた場所に大衆寿司居酒屋が出来たので早速ランチに行ってみた。
ちなみにこの日だけか？ずっとか？分からないが店内ALL女性スタッフ。
しかも、みんなパートのおばちゃんって感じでなく、若めでビックリ。
ランチメニューも豊富に取り揃えているが、やはりこれでしょう！
寿司・鯛出汁らーめんセット990円
にぎり10貫とラーメンのセットで税込み990円とは破格！
シャリもそこそこサイズあり赤酢を使用。
ネタもこれだけ種類あれば嬉しいよなぁ。
回らない寿司でしっかり食える握りで俺は気に入ったぜ！
あさりが4～5個浮かぶ鯛出汁らーめん。
少し小さめだが、寿司10貫と合わせるならちょうど良いサイズやねん。
出汁は…いやいや、旨いやん(笑)
所詮…みたいな感じで思ってたけど、なかなか、どうして。
鯛のアラに昆布鰹、節類足して塩で調え追いアサリしました、みたいな。
貝の風味はふんわりぐらいで、これ鯛だな！って感じも弱いけど、ぜんぜんイイ。
麺も適度な弾力とツルツルとした歯触りで喉ごしも良く旨い
正直なところ、何も考えず、期待せず入ったので嬉しい裏切りとなった。
とか書いちゃって、ホント関係者の皆様すいません(^^;
あとあと調べたらこちら、スシローの新業態みたい。
「新業態」と書くほど新しくもないようだが、俺的にはじめて知ったのでそう書いておく。
なるほど、そうか、スシローか、と納得だが、ファミリー向けとはまた違ったテイストで寿司居酒屋っていうのが良さげ。
また一度、夜にでも寄ろうと思う
