旬の素材を活かしたお料理がどれも美味しく、
店主さんの食材の目利きがとにかく良い！
特にお刺身の鮮度と、肉吸いの旨味が群を抜いて
ました。（鮮魚は北陸で食べたクオリティーと
遜色なくビックリしました。お肉も上質でした。）
能勢をはじめとした地酒のセレクトも◎
今回は3人でテーブル席を予約して利用しましたが、
ゆったりとしたカウンター席もあるので、
1人でも美酒美肴を堪能できそうです。
