阪急川西能勢口駅直結ラソラ川西B1にある
こちらのお店で定食をいただきました。
オーダーのしかたはタブレットから
1 メニューを選ぶ
2 部位と量を選ぶ
3 味付けを選ぶ
システムとなっています。
今回は
1 あんちすてーき
2 上もも
3 たまごまポン酢
を選びました。
ひとつはお肉が120グラム
もうひとつは肉増し200グラムで
それぞれにA定食の
麦めし、豚すまし、キャベツの
浅漬け290円をつけました。
麦めしはおかわりが1膳でき、
ご飯のサイズも選べます。
あんち上もも肉増しA定食 1,440円
あんち上ももA定食 990円
他の部位に比べ脂身が比較的少ない
もも肉は、豚肉そのものの味が
よく分かり、また麦ごはんとの
相性もよく、どんどん食べ進めて
いくことができます。
タレはたまごまポン酢を選びました。
ごまの風味と卵黄の濃厚さがポン酢と
相まって、食べ進めるにつけ元気に
なれそうな気がしてきます～
肉の旨味が充分味わえるほか
豚すましやキャベツの浅漬けも
美味しくいただけます。
価格は全て税込価格です。
お店は少し奥まったところにありますが、
気がつくとほぼ満席になっていました。
