After a long absence, I got off at Hankyu Kawanishi Noseguchi Station, and I thought I was going to meet at "La Sola Kawanishi", but I arrived at "Aste Kawanishi" where Kawanishi Hankyu is located. Both are in front of the station, so we move quickly. There are many nationwide chain stores on the first basement floor of the first "La Sola Kawanishi", and "Anchi Suteki Pig Maru" is a nice option. Choose a menu for a spacious seat. (1) Thinly sliced bean paste Steak selected (2) I like pork belly the most, but I wonder if it's greasy, so 140g of upper shoulder loin 1,090 yen (3) B set meal with "tororo" 480 yen (4) I wanted to eat all three types of sauce, so I added it (5) When I asked for 520 yen bottled beer for a drink, I was excited by Sapporo Lager, which I rarely meet. A large set of dishes is served. The meat is sparkling. First of all, the glutinous pork that I had without putting anything on it was soft, sweet, and thick. I thought that "Tamasesame Pon Vinegar" was Sukiyaki wind, but it was easy because it was Pon vinegar. It is full of nutrients with plenty of sesame seeds and dark egg yolk. "Ginger onion sauce" Ginger and green onions are good and can be used for alcohol. I like "aged raw miso" the most. It has the sweetness of onions and apples, and it goes well with pork, and you can eat a bowl of barley rice with just the sauce. A cup of barley rice is free to refill, so if you refill a small portion, it was just the right balance. If I had chosen a large serving of 200g of meat first, I would have finished the normal size of the refill. When I cook at home, the meat becomes tough immediately, but it was tender until the end, and I left the restaurant thinking that I would choose the upper rib meat next time. Even after eating, the next day, I have a good appetite from the morning without leaning on my stomach at all.
