There was a new pork shop that had opened, so I stopped by. ``Anchi Steak'', which is thinly sliced pork that is quickly grilled and eaten with original sauce, seems to be their signature item. There are two types of dishes: Anchi Steak and Atsugiri Steak (Tonkiteki, isn't it?). Both also have set meals that come with barley rice, pork sashimi, lightly pickled cabbage, and grated yam. For Anchi Steak, you can choose from the following cuts: top thigh, top rib, top loin, shoulder loin, and special rib roast. You can also choose from three seasonings: egg ponzu sauce, ginger onion sauce, and raw miso sauce. Anyway, I decided to order both the Atsugiri Steak and share. Anchi Steak is made with 200g of extra meat from the shoulder loin, served with egg and ponzu sauce. Atsugiri Steak is double top loin 260g with aged raw miso sauce. I ordered the B set meal, which included yam for both. If I had the chance, I would like to eat grated barley rice. Both the thick-sliced pork and the anchi pork were delicious. Raw miso is good, but if you want to eat it all the way through, I think I prefer egg ponzu sauce. Anchi steak is thinly sliced so it's softer and easier to eat, but if you like tonteki, we also recommend atsugiri. The tororo barley rice was delicious, and even though there was quite a lot of rice, I finished it all. After eating all the rice, it was difficult to double or add more meat, so if you're a woman, a normal amount might be fine.
