12時半過ぎにお邪魔して先客１組さま。
定食セットの中で150gの
『和牛粗挽手ごねハンバーグ』990円を注文。
ミニサラダにごはんと漬物、味噌汁がセットです。
ソースは4種類。オリジナルソースorデミグラスorだし醤油orポン酢から選べ、無難にオリジナルソースをチョイス♪
牛カツ同様レアのハンバーグを鉄板で自分好みの焼き加減に仕上げて食します。
結構オイリーだったのでデミグラスくらい濃いソースの方が良かったかもな〜。
