Since I was in Itami, I somehow searched Teppan-yaki while looking at Tabelog and found a restaurant with a pretty high rating. There was a sign on the street, but where was the restaurant? I thought it was on the second floor, up a spiral staircase. The interior is quite stylish, with a counter seating about 8 and a table seating about 4. I didn't ask for Okonomiyaki at all, but rather went for the recommended menu on the signboard. Edamame garlic-roasted ... I am sure it was delicious, but too much garlic was too strong and I couldn't finish it. Teppan dashi maki... I thought I was supposed to eat it while sizzling on the teppan, but it came on a plate. Samgyeopsal ... 5 pieces of samgyeopsal on an aluminum foil, covered with chicha and served with green onion, garlic and gochujang (red pepper paste). The meat is small and the chicha is thin. The chicha is thin and the gochujang tastes a little different. But you like garlic, don't you? Sweet potato butter... This also comes on an aluminum foil. I'm not sure if it was the way I ordered it that made me not use the griddle at all, but I have a bad impression of it. Next time I will eat Okonomiyaki and soba-meshi!
