The offal uses fresh Kobe ingredients pulled in the morning. We carry a wide variety of products, from standard flavors to rare parts. The lean meat is mainly Kuroge Wagyu beef, with carefully selected parts that allow you to enjoy the original taste of the meat. Among them, skirt steak is very popular. Our recommended dish is the ``Today's Special Beef Platter'' where you can fully enjoy all of our carefully selected meats. The meat is carefully cut to fit each part. If you have any requests, please let us know as we also accept orders starting from just one piece of meat.
