仕事の日のランチに一人で伺いました！
夜には居酒屋さん、昼間は定食や麺類が頂けるお店です。
11時30分過ぎの入店で先客は一名。
カウンター席に着きます。
☆いかなご新子釜上げ定食
明石～神戸の地元民にとって「いかなご」はまさに春を告げる魚。
昔はこの時期になると、どこのご家庭からもくぎ煮作りの水飴やざらめ砂糖と醤油の煮詰まった芳ばしい匂いが漂っていましたが、近年の不漁によるお値段の高騰やくぎ煮を手作りをするご家庭もすっかり減ってしまったことですっかり遠く懐かしい匂いになってしまいました。
それはさておき。
いかなごにはくぎ煮の他に釜上げで食べる方法があります。
生姜と二杯酢、ポン酢、土佐酢、大根おろしを添えたりと色々ありますが、こちらも短い旬の時期にしか食べられないのに最近ではスーパーでもあまり見かけない上、たまに見つけても少々？お高い(^^;
(それでもせっかくだしと見つけた時は購入はするものの、子供たちも大好きなんでお代わりなんてしようものなら母の口には入らないなんてことも多々ありまして…)
なので、こんなにたっぷり新子がのっている丼を独り占めなんてめちゃくちゃ贅沢♪と大喜びで頂きました(〃´▽`)
身が柔らかく臭みや骨のジャリジャリした感じやクセも一切ないのでシラスよりも食べやすいと思います。
大葉、生姜、茗荷の千切りが薬味に添えてあるのもよいアクセント。
お蕎麦はかけそばかざるそばかを選べるのですが、まだ寒い日だったのでかけそばを。
シンプルですがツルツル食感のお蕎麦にお出汁がとても美味しかったです。
ランチタイムは12時を回るとビジネスマンが次々と来店され、いつもすぐにいっぱいになる人気のお店です。
お店の方はいつもテキパキしつつ丁寧な対応をされています。
