【浦正鮨 明石本店】さんへ
おひるごはんをいただきに行きました。
当日、ネット予約して伺うことに。

・赤だし

真鯛、ハリイカ、カワハギ、サヨリ、鰆、タイラギ、蒸穴子でした。
どれもおいしかったですが
一番のお気に入りはカワハギでした。
鰆は今日、揚がったものだそうで霜降りで。
お味噌少なめの上品な赤だしでした。
個人的には山椒が入っているのが好きですが…
茶碗蒸しもいただきたかったな。
追加で注文すればよかったと今になってちょっと後悔…
お寿司を楽しみました。
ごちそうさまでした。
