Looking for a store near Akashi station. I was looking for a genre that I don't go to often or haven't been to recently, so I picked up our store and made a reservation (^-^) When I looked at the reviews, there were only a few comments, and I was a little worried because there were a lot of reviews that made me think, "Sakura...?" But I tried things! Should I trust my intuition? It's located in front of Aspia, in the crowded Donbei murder area (←lol), which is crowded with restaurants. The inside of the restaurant did not have the neon atmosphere that is common in Korean Cuisine these days, but instead had a new, calm atmosphere with wood tones. It's a good idea to make a reservation. The 1st floor was almost full and we were guided to the 2nd floor, but the private room space on the 2nd floor (it didn't feel private, I guess it was because of the soundproofing measures!) was also crowded with groups. What I ordered: ・Steamed pork ¥900 ・[From recommendation] Tessa ¥? ? ?・Shrimp shiso spring rolls ¥900 ・Shrimp garlic butter ¥850 ・Shrimp cheese mayo ¥850 ・Hormone mix ¥900 ・Pork Okonomiyaki ¥750 ・Garlic rice ¥900. →Steamed pork This is probably a must-order item (*´꒳`*) It's slightly warm, so it's plump and juicy instead of having a tough texture. Since the pork skin is processed, I enjoyed the synergy between the juiciness of the meat and the juiciness of the collagen. It's satisfying enough just as it is, so it's a perfect match with kimchi and sauce. →Tessa Seasonal items from the recommended menu. Regardless of the store, the fact that they have several types of sashimi may be a unique feature of Coco Akashi! To be honest, the way it was drawn was too thick and outside of the concept of "Tessa", but it is what it is. Lol → Shrimp shiso spring rolls might be a little salty! The manager ran up the stairs and brought me ajishio lol The salt in the shrimp was enough, so just what you wanted♩ I was so happy that the whole shrimp was packed from end to end...! The fried quality is also good as you can see in the photo. →Shrimp Garlic Butter →Shrimp Cheese Mayo Since these are similar products, I will review them all together. I was planning on ordering Sunchan's grilled Seafood, which seems to be a specialty or a must-see, but I was drawn to the power words "garlic butter" and "cheese mayo." LOL As the name suggests, it looks and smells great...it makes the alcoholic beverage drink faster. → Hormone mix Well, the appetite bug is starting to happen around here. Not bad. LOL The parts may change depending on the day, but on this day I had bamboo shoots (crunchy), bamboo shoots, red bean sprouts, and bean sprouts. There are so many parts that I like, so it's buoyant (← Peace) If I had Mino here, I would go there twice a week. A slightly spicy Korean style dish that goes perfectly with hormones! →Pork Okonomiyaki is about 1/3 the thickness of the menu photo. It's more like pechayaki than Okonomiyaki. Since it was a teppan Izakaya (Japanese-style bar), I took the trouble to order the yam, but the flour was served at a flour monya (^-^; → Garlic rice I can't escape the spell of garlic. LOL I worked hard the next day. But, lol. The rice was moist and coated with fat, and the flavor was strong and strong! You could almost eat white rice with this (*´꒳`*) I had the beer back. It was on the 2nd floor. The staff was always on hand, so it was easy to order, and the server was on the 2nd floor, so I was able to continue drinking without stress ♩ However, when there were no orders, I felt like they were monitoring me and I was in their line of sight. I was very careful about what I was saying and what I was looking at ( ˙-˙ ) I guess it's because I care.
