水産研究の第一人者・近畿大学が開発した魚が出たとのことで行ってみた。
鰤と平政で鰤政(ぶりひら)。
近畿大学開発養殖魚。
脂の乗った「ぶり」の旨味と「ひらまさ」のしっかりとした食感を楽しめるハイブリッド養殖魚！
販売している会社は東京なのでチェーン店も関東中心で食べれんやろなと諦めていたら、「すし居酒屋両国花の舞」という居酒屋が兵庫県にあった。
しかも、加古川に。
お通し。
乾杯。
焼きたて玉子焼きが一番にやってきた。。
出汁巻き卵が一番に来てええんやろか。
まあええ、いただこう。
来た～！
ぶりひらの刺身(3貫)。
魚の味わうのは、刺身が一番。
何もつけずに一枚いただいた。
しっかりとした食感でしかも脂が乗っている。
美味しい。
続いて
胡麻ぶりひら(ハーフ)。
こちらはすでに濃厚芳醇胡麻ダレがかかっている。
こういう魚がどんどん市場に出回ってくれたらええのにな。
大粒牡蠣フライ。
一個単位で頼める。
ミネラル豊富な瀬戸内の海で育てられた大粒牡蠣をひとつひとつ丁寧にパン粉をつけて揚げてある。
ふっくらサクサク、でっかいのでタルタルソースをつけて食べたら食べ応え抜群！
あん肝ポン酢。
あん肝が、口の中でとろける。
忘れてならないのが、ポテトフライ。
美しい。
蛸のカルパッチョ。
新潟産南蛮海老唐揚げ。
カリカリに揚げてあるので尾頭付きでいただける。
最後は
つくねとねぎま盛合せ。
黄身とからめていただいた。
