February 28, 2019 (Thursday) Go south from Kakogawa Station, go south on the north-south road on the east side of Yamatoyashiki Kakogawa, go east on the road south of "Kagonoya", and it's a udon restaurant for lunch. It is a food restaurant in the center, and an Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) rooms on the second floor at night. There used to be a long-established udon and soba restaurant called Inoue, and I reviewed it once. The other day, I thought to myself, ``Oh, Inoue-san has closed down'', but the store opened again. The exterior has remained mostly the same, with the exception of the signboard. The interior of the store is exactly the same, including the layout, chairs and tables. In other words, it seems like the switch was made without notice. However, it is unclear whether or not he is related to the previous Inoue-san, and the manager is called Mr. Kagotani. The owner can stay separately. I'll be there when it opens. If you tell the restaurant staff that you are doing Tabelog as a hobby, and would like to take photos of the restaurant and the food in order to post a review, the staff member will call the owner. I did. I was given permission to do everything except the menu and people. thank you very much. Now, take a seat at the four-person table on the first floor and place your order. There was a set of udon and soba with inarizushi, but it was a bit too simple, so I went for the set of Oyako-don (Chicken and egg bowl) and udon. It comes with a small bowl of udon noodles, but I had the regular size udon noodles. It's an extra 150 yen. Since taking photos of the menu is prohibited, I will not specify the price. Immediately after me, 2 men and 1 reservation group came. The food was served in 6-7 minutes. Udon is basic kake udon. The thickness of the noodles is uneven, just like handmade Sanuki udon. However, I'm not the stubborn type. These are chewy udon noodles. The udon was quite delicious, including the soup stock. I'm a little dissatisfied with Oyako-don (Chicken and egg bowl). The soup stock is thin. One egg too? I would like you to use two of them. At the Katsu-don (Pork cutlet bowl) chains in Sannomiya, Motomachi, and Kobe, the basic order is one egg, and you have to pay extra to get more, but at my favorite udon/donburi restaurants like Hishi no Ie, they serve two eggs. Usage is normal. However, I don't have any major complaints, so don't get me wrong. The general government building is also nearby. It's a convenient restaurant for both lunch and evening banquets, so I'm sure it will be popular. The store staff's response was also perfect. *The menu board was reflected in the overall photo of the store's exterior, so it has not been uploaded.
