I ordered the Komorebi course. The radish salad has a nice crunchy texture. The edamame was also soft. Although the first drinks were a bit weak, they were ordered and served quickly. I felt that the soup stock from the hot pot was the most delicious. I thought it would be perfect to finish off the meal with white rice instead of having to go through the trouble of making plum rice (something like mixed rice) so you could eat it like an ojiya. The fish cake and meatball skewers also made a good impression. When I arrived at 6 o'clock, it didn't seem like it was full, but by 9 o'clock it was full, and there were quite a lot of people coming in from 9 o'clock. There are only three toilets, one for men, one for men, and a shared toilet, so I was concerned about that.
