We use "Hinohikari" from Zaida, Kasai City. All of our dishes are handmade, and our specialty is our "handmade sesame tofu"! We simmered the fried fish in a clay pot and seasoned it with a thick white miso-flavored soup◎Also, we will give a gift of ``assorted sashimi to the number of people'' to our customers!
