姫路の商店街に軒を連ねる、”花そば ゆう”で、鴨せいろ。 店内は、和テイストでスタイリッシュ。 モーツアルトの曲を聴かせて産ませた玉子で作っただし巻き、マグロのとろろがけ、鴨ロースに、干物、イカの炙り焼き。 最後に、鴨せいろ。 いや〜、ここの鴨せいろ、具沢山で、鴨出汁のスープが蕎麦を一層引き立てる。最高っ！ ちなみに、ここは”となりの人間国宝店”Find out more
