奄美大島の食文化をゆったりと。アットホームな雰囲気で手づくり料理に癒される
料理を教えてくれた母の名とオーナーの故郷を名の由来とした【島や】は奄美大島の郷土料理のお店です。素材にもとことんこだわり、家島産の新鮮魚介類や、和王・九州王・宮崎牛といったの黒毛和牛を厳選。ジマミ豆腐の愛称で親しまれている『ピーナツ豆腐』は1日わずか4食ほどしか作れない時間のかかる一品。それでも美味しい手料理を食べてもらいという料理人の優しさが詰まったメニューです。外観からは中の様子がうかがうこと
