最近知り合った若い友人と夕食をする事に。
寿司が食いたいとおっしゃる。
これはアレです。たまに年長者に訪れる試練です。
ここで店選びを間違うと今後の関係に大きく影響します。ピーンチ！（汗）
2日ほど検討を重ね、西二階町の重絆さんに伺いました。
落ち着いた照明の店内に浮き上がる清々しいカウンター。この時点でオトナの面目躍如。勝った！（笑）
お造りと天麩羅をお任せで。
お造りは脂が乗った濃厚なトロと寒ぶりに清涼感あるみる貝とトラフグ。綺麗なコントラストでした。
地元八重垣の燗がすすみます。
天麩羅は白子と季節先取りの菜の花。名物の雲丹を海苔で巻いたの。旨いなー困った事に。安納芋はもっとねっとり甘いものを想像してましたが、思ったより淡白でした。
肴がしっかりしていましたので、サヨリの握りを締めに一貫。
連れの若者は鮪、イクラ、鰻とわんぱくなオーダー。若いうちはそれでイイのだ！うははは。
