三重は遠いので兵庫県龍野に牡蠣を食べに行こうと
日曜日に出かけました。
出かけてから、店を探して電話をしたところ、目ぼしいところが何と予約でいっぱい。
急遽姫路市に降りました。
検索して姫路の地下街にあるこちらの店を予約。
予約すれば、牡蠣食べ放題も出来るとか
牡蠣の10個セットと食べた事ないホンビノス貝を注文
何と来た貝は12個ありました。1410円
平たい方を下にして3分、ひっくり返して3分
平たい方を開けてさらに焼いて食べます。
牡蠣にお汁が残ってるとぐつぐつ煮えて美味しい！
無いと焼くとパサパサになってきます。
ホンビノス貝はほぼ蛤
お通しに蒸し牡蠣が出てきました。
2人で2340円 お腹はまだまだ
ご馳走様でした。
このお店は、次から次へとお客が来ました。
食事の後地下街を散歩しましたが、流行っている店は、行列ができており、誰も入っていない店もありました。
商売は難しいですね！
