今年の○○記念日は姫路での
開催です。物価上昇を受けて、
いつもの高級店ではなく、
大衆酒場の当店をセレクト
しました。
記念日の当日、店の前で集合！
久しぶりに会う者とも再会し
テンションが上がります。
駅前の地下飲食店街に降りて、
当店に到着！
予約していたのは、
牡蠣食べ放題コース！
まず、ルールについての説明。
生牡蠣は殻を再利用するので、
捨ててはいけません。
カセットコンロと鍋がセッティング
されているのは、蒸し牡蠣用など
など！
まず、生牡蠣をいただきます。
・ポン酢
・だし醤油
・レモン汁
がありますが、
こちらは、ポン酢でいただく
のが旨い！
続く焼き牡蠣！軍手を使い、
焼けたものからいただきます。
だし醤油が秀逸です。
さらに、味変用に、ネギと
紅葉おろしが提供され、
ポン酢と合わせていただくと
飽きません。
そして、一番良かったのが、
蒸し牡蠣！
こちらは、何も必要ありません！
お腹いっぱい食べました。
