2019年4月に姫路の繁華街から少し離れた所にオープンした日本料理「淡流」に行ってきました。
店主の中江悠文氏（高砂出身）は海外で数店の和食店で腕を磨き、「銀座小十」の料理長を経て36歳で故郷の兵庫,姫路にお店を開店しました。
店名「淡流」は、茶道流派´表千家の
淡々と水が流れるごとく´という教えに由来しています。
四季折々の地元の恵みと旬を活かす地産地消に拘った奇をてらわないお料理
茶の湯を学んだ店主の気配りが行き届くお席で、時代に流されない日本のおもてなしを感じることができます^_^
個室もあり、お茶室も見せていただき、素敵な時間を過ごさせていただきました^_^
