広島旅行の帰りがてら国宝であり世界遺産でもある姫路城に立ち寄り、丁度昼時で観光地レストランとは一味違った雰囲気に惹かれて訪問。
オーダーは食券機にてホルモンうどんを購入。あまり確認せずに何となく汁う...
姫路城観光の帰り、ホルモンうどんののぼりを見つけて入ってみた。食べ応えがありながらも意外とあっさりとした味付けでとても美味しかった。
