Origin of store name: Sudaku ``Gather in groups. Crowds.'' restaurant philosophy: ``Delicious Yakiniku (Grilled meat) tomorrow as well.'' Pursuing the joy of having people remember how delicious Yakiniku (Grilled meat) they ate yesterday was. Providing the best food and the best customer service. |
I've always been interested in this restaurant, but I never get to go there at night, so I happened to pass by and it was open for lunch, so I went in. It's open from noon on weekends! By the way, there is no lunch menu at lunch time, and Yakiniku (Grilled meat) will be served normally. The staff at the store clearly explained this to the customers. I ordered salt-grilled top tongue (half serving), top quality domestic skirt steak (half serving), super rare Omi beef liver (half serving), red meat Sushi marbled meat Sushi one cucumber, green pepper, perilla leaves, yukke jangkuppa, and non-alcoholic beer. I went alone for lunch, so I was grateful that there were half servings. Skirt steak is made for one person, but the staff at the restaurant said, ``You can't eat that much (by yourself), right?'' and served it to me in half portions. All the meat was tender and delicious. And the customer service was polite and nice. Personally, the meat in the yukkejangkuppa was so fatty that I ended up leaving it in the middle, although the taste was delicious.
