``Oke Udon'' is proud of its noodles made with high-quality domestic wheat, salt, and water. It's not too hard like Sanuki, it's not too soft like Osaka, and it has just the right amount of seasoning, giving it a great texture. Because the noodles are made while adjusting the salt concentration, the taste is always consistent.We provide delicious udon noodles whenever you come. The soup stock made with Hidaka kelp, Maekawa-flavored bonito, and Higashimaru soy sauce has many fans! How about Tempura with us? Enjoy seasonal vegetables, shrimp, and fluffy Banshu conger eel.

We have started offering a new one-person hotpot menu in the evening! You can enjoy dishes such as "curry hotpot" and "Udon-suki" made with specially selected dashi. We also offer an "Otsukaresama Set" that includes three types of oden and a drink of your choice. We have paid attention to the dashi as well as the udon, using domestic beef tendons from local Hyogo prefecture. Both are recommended for business people who are working away from home or who are visiting from far away on business trips. We also welcome tourists from Japan and abroad who enjoy Japanese food culture.
