赤穂市坂越にある牡蠣小屋です。今が旬の牡蠣をはじめ新鮮な魚介類を網焼きでいただけます。
10時開店の少し前に到着したのですんなりお店に入れましたが、開店と同時にお店は満杯になってました。
この辺りの牡蠣は海臭さが全く無くて旨味がギュッと濃縮されて、食べた後の余韻が長く口の中に残ります♪♪♪
焼き牡蠣は今年は身が大きくてプリプリしたのが多い感じです♪♪♪
牡蠣フライは最初からタルタルが上にたっぷりかかってるタイプなので、牡蠣の旨味よりタルタルを食べてる感じ。
穴子の漁師焼きは弾力があって美味しい♪
酢牡蠣は少し甘めのポン酢が牡蠣に合ってて美味でした♪♪
