室津漁港の魚の美味しいお店です(*⁰▿⁰*)
何回か前は通ってたんですが
雰囲気に負けて入ってなかった
入ってみたら、昼の定食はリーズナブル
にぎりセット1100円
刺身定食1200円
室津は江戸時代海運の要衝であったこともあって 食べ物のレベル高い
京風なテイストです
漁港内にあるので、素材の魚のレベル高いです
刺身が小ぶりに厚めに切ってあるのがここの流儀 あまりないスタイルですが
味わって納得、一般的に新鮮なさかなは身が硬めこういった大きさ厚みで、新鮮なさかなをしっかり噛んで味わうというのもありなんですね
これは面白いなと思いました

入り口から想像出来ないほど奥行きと広さがあり、かなり上質な空間です
カウンターと小あがりの間に生け簀が２つ
目の前の室津漁港で上がった地魚が数多くの種類泳いでます
奥には、宴会 会食用の座敷があります
流石に江戸時代は大名 本陣が置かれた港の名残ですね
会計の時に分かったんですが、ここはミシュラン掲載店納得、でもこんな店良く見つけたものですその実力はミシュランお墨付き、
ヘタな観光客目当ての店よりここをお勧めします
