兵庫県室津産牡蠣を産地価格でご提供致します
室津産牡蠣の養殖、加工、販売をしています。11月中旬からランチでは牡蠣膳をご用意しています。1月中旬よりランチには炭火焼き牡蠣の食べ放題もございます。必ずお電話でご予約をお願い致します。11月中旬から店頭では殻付き牡蠣やむき身牡蠣の販売もございます |
ここで牡蠣を食べると、スーパーに売っているような牡蠣では満足できなくなること請け合いです。一冬に一度は行く価値ありです。
何故なら、牡蠣のサイズが大きくて、プリプリだから。
牡蠣御膳を頼みました。酢牡蠣にはじまり、季節の一品、焼き牡蠣、牡蠣フライ、牡蠣御飯と、牡蠣三昧です。
お店には、牡蠣の食べ放題プランもあるのですが、牡蠣御膳でも20個は食べられますし、お腹一杯になれますよ。あと、食べ放題は、焼き牡蠣だけなので飽きるかも。それから、倉庫みたいな所に通されるので、ちょっと寒いかも。牡蠣御膳なら、暖房きいた室内です。
焼き牡蠣は、自分で机に備え付けのガスコンロで焼きます。自分で好みの焼き加減に調整できるのが良いですね。
