兵庫県室津産牡蠣を産地価格でご提供致します
室津産牡蠣の養殖、加工、販売をしています。11月中旬からランチでは牡蠣膳をご用意しています。1月中旬よりランチには炭火焼き牡蠣の食べ放題もございます。必ずお電話でご予約をお願い致します。11月中旬から店頭では殻付き牡蠣やむき身牡蠣の販売もございます |
いつもは、毎年、都内のオイスターバーに行って牡蠣を楽しんでるのですが、今回は、牡蠣の名産地の兵庫県相生市の牡蠣小屋へ。海で採れたての牡蠣をすぐに焼いたり、カキフライ、酢の物、たきこみごはん、お味噌汁 などに全て牡蠣が入っています。新鮮な採れたての牡蠣がたくさん食べれて大満足です。牡蠣御膳セットだったと思います。外では直売所があり、そこで
クール便で2KGの生牡蠣を注文しました。自宅でもバター焼き、炊き込みご飯、牡蠣フライ、など再現して食べました。やはり新鮮な牡蠣は美味しいですね。
