姫路方面に出かけたついでにたつの市まで足を伸ばして揖保乃糸資料館そうめんの里へ
資料館は見学しなかったけど、素麺が食べたくなって併設されているレストラン「庵」へ
平日にも関わらずレストランは順番待ち
ギリギリ間に合ってそうめん巻き寿司&天ぷら付きの庵御膳を注文することができたけどまも無く売り切れになっていた
そうめん巻き寿司は初めて食べたんだけど、程よい酢の感じとお米じゃなく麺なのにちゃんと巻き寿司で不思議な感じ(*´∀｀*)美味しかった
