相生の海側にある水産会社直営のお店(*´ω`*)
購入した海鮮でBBQができるため、冬の土日祝は凄い人です(*´ω`*)
僕は仕事で相生に来る際、よく利用させてもらってます(*´ω`*)
ここは場所柄、牡蠣が有名です(*´ω`*)
この日はお目当ての牡蠣天丼が売り切れだったので代わりにハモ天丼を選択(*´ω`*)
内容は牡蠣がハモになっただけでその他は同じ(*´ω`*)
天麩羅はサクサク、中はふんわりでGOOD(*´ω`*)
ただし、甘辛い濃厚なタレが大量にかかっているため、素材の味わいをあまり感じないのが残念(*´ω`*)
もう少しタレは少なめのほうが素材が活きるのになぁ、と毎回（牡蠣天丼を食べてる時も）思います(*´ω`*)
あと、お味噌汁も、せっかくなのでインスタントみたいなモノじゃなく魚介の粗汁にしてほしい(*´ω`*)
いつも美味しくいただいてますが、もうちょっと工夫されたらもっと高評価になる惜しいお店です(*´ω`*)
