近くの得意先を後にして昼食をとるために、淡路市の志筑にある創作うどんのお店に入りました。
お店の前に広い駐車場があるので便利です。
店内はカウンター・テーブル・座敷席といろいろあります。
【分煙】
ランチタイム（11時～14時）は全面禁煙です。
14時以降は分煙です。
座敷席が禁煙で他は喫煙可です。
創作うどんと謳っているだけに面白いメニューが豊富です。
そんな中、肉ぶっかけと元気巻半のセット890円をチョイスしました。
メニューに、肉の下にうどんが入っているので麺がめぇん（みえん）と書いてました（＾＾；
本当に見えません。豚肉がいっぱいです。
豚しゃぶうどんといった感じです。
生卵・大根おろし・ねぎなどがたっぷりのってます。
そして何よりもうどんがモチモチです（＾＾）
コシが強いとまではいかないけど、逆に食べやすい適度なコシです。
ボクはこれぐらいのコシとモチモチ感が好きです。美味しい☆
元気巻はとっても美味しかった♪
大きなきゅうりがインパクトありますね。
玉子焼き・椎茸・高野豆腐・人参・干ぴょうが入ってます。
さらに淡路米を使い、兵庫県産の海苔を使っているそうです。
ちょっと甘いけど、出汁が効いているし具材がたっぷりご飯少なめで美味しいですよ♪
ただ、お客さんが少ないのに時間がかかりすぎ。15分以上待ちました。
丁寧に茹でて冷ましてと時間がかかるのもわかるのですが、
営業マンのランチタイムは時に15分を目指す時もあるのです（＾＾；
今回も次のアポまで25分だったので慌てて食べました。。。
サービス面はとってもいい感じです。
トイレがとっても汚れていたので従業員に話したら
あとで「キレイにしましたので、いつでもお使いください」と言ってきてくれました。
真摯な姿勢に感動です。
全体的には満足できました♪
