淡路市内で仕事があった日、訪問先の近くで見つけたうどん屋さんです。
広くて明るい店内は、家族連れやサラリーマンで賑わっていました。
定番のうどんの他、気になったのが「創作うどん」。
こちらも人気のようなので、
早速その中から「カルボナーラうどん（スープ、サラダ付）￥９４９（税別）」をチョイス。
麺の量を選べたので、小盛１４０ｇにしてみました。
パスタとは違うなめらかさで喉ごしが良く、まろやかな甘さが美味(^^♪
玉子の甘味も良く合って、（失礼ですが）思ったよりも美味しかったです。
