さ～お昼まで県立淡路島公園でシッカリ遊んだあと～～
予定していたお店までの時間より空腹に負けての飛び込み
入店です～～～＾＾
最近とんと食べてなかった焼肉に＾＾
レンガ調のお店で分りやすいです＾＾
店横に白のBMWが！店主様のかな～？かっこいい～
店前に、ランチのメニューがありました＾＾
￥２５００～。。。
高級店だ～～～～
お腹も減っているし～
初見のお店だし、行ってみよって入店です～～～
淡路ビーフ３種盛り三楽園セット￥２５００×２と
瓶ビール￥５７８とミックスホルモン￥１５７５
を注文です＾＾
瓶ビールは、ちょっとお高め。。。高級店なら致し方ないか＾＾
ミックスホルモンは、秘伝のタレが絡まっており
臭みも皆無で甘くっておいし～です＾＾
ただ、ミノやシマチョウと言った部位は入っておらず、ちょっと残念。
さ～て、ランチで￥２５００です！期待しますよね～～
サラダは、たくあんの刻みが入ってて変わっていておいし～です＾＾
白ご飯・味噌汁・たくあんといたって普通～
さて！メインの～～
出てきたお肉は、これ焼しゃぶ用か？と思うくらい薄～～～～いです。。。
ウデ３枚・・脂は甘くってイイのですが￥２５００ランチに
しては脂ギッシュ過ぎます！
モモ２枚・・軽くっておいし～～～赤身です＾＾
希少部位らしいザブトン２枚・・薄すぎです。。。
つけタレは、玉ネギを使っているでしょう、ドロドロとしたタイプの
すりおろしでフルーティーでアッサリと食せますし変わったつけタレでした＾＾
￥２５００のランチにしては普通よりも～～でした。。。
淡路牛って、希少なのでしょうか？
