淡路島にある人気店の東浦店に伺いました。テレビでも紹介されているお店なので予約必須だと思います。夏はハモ鍋、冬には3年トラフグのコースなど1年中楽しめるようです。今回は大好きな貝焼きコースで予約しました。
•貝焼きコース 3,980円
- ハモ小鍋
- 貝焼き(ヒオウギ貝、サザエ、大アサリ、アワビ)
- 野菜(玉ねぎ、ピーマン)
- タコ飯
- お味噌汁
貝は別のテーブルで焼いてもらえ、それぞれ美味しい食べ方で調理をしていただけます。特にアワビは肝と絡めて食べるのが最高でした。ハモの小鍋は出汁が最高に美味しく、1滴も残らず食べてしまいました。タコ飯も最高に美味しく最後まで飽きずに食べることが出来ました。どれも感動しました。
次も淡路島に遊びに行った時は必ず再訪したいと思います！これを食べるために淡路に行く価値ありです！
