We use the freshest seasonal vegetables and seafood from Awaji Island, a treasure trove of ingredients known as the Food Country.

Pairings selected by a sommelier from 42 brands of long-aged vintage sake ``Inishie no Bishu'', which has been aged for over 10 years and has an especially excellent rich aroma and taste, visited over 100 breweries across Japan. You can enjoy it with the menu. We have a total of 42 brands, including 30 types of Japanese sake, 5 types of plum wine, and 7 types of shochu. We offer tastings at the shop and sample sets at the bar. Please feel free to let us know.
