Our dishes use plenty of seasonal ingredients unique to Awaji Island. Please enjoy a special experience amid the great outdoors of Awaji Island as early summer approaches. We use plenty of fish and meat from Awaji as well as seasonal vegetables. For dessert, we offer a traditional French dessert, "Awaji citrus Crepes suzette." Please come to our restaurant and enjoy the charm of the ingredients born from the great outdoors of Awaji Island.

ChefChef Kazumasa Ikeda
Born in Hyogo Prefecture. Worked at Rihga Royal Hotel for over 10 years, and since then has learned not only French cuisine but also various cuisines. The chef's passion is to make the most of the ingredients. Originally from Hyogo Prefecture, he has visited Awaji Island many times since he was a child and has been fascinated by the ingredients. By combining ingredients and using simple cooking methods, we bring out the natural flavor of the ingredients to the limit.
