淡路島に担々麺屋さんがオープンするとのことで、お邪魔してきました。
僕が食べたのは白い担々麺。
あえて濃淡に差が出るようにしてるようで、ほんのり酸味がきいた爽やかな部分と、胡麻の風味がどっと訪れる...
あまり辛いのは苦手なのでどうかと思ってましたけど、そこまで辛く無く美味しく頂けました。
一品料理もあり何人かで行くとき頂こうと思います。
今まで食べた坦々麺の中で1番おいしい！
写真はGOLD RUSH。
これはほとんど辛味を感じなかったので、辛いもの好きは辛口にしたり、自虐的地獄の坦々麺にチャレンジしてみてもいいかも。
旅行で寄りました。
雰囲気もよく、ここで食べた担々麺が忘れられません。
是非他にも展開して欲しいです。
担々麺と魯肉飯と大雞排がめちゃくちゃ美味しい！！
