From Sasayamaguchi Station, it is about a 20 minute drive, or about 4,000 to 5,000 yen one way by taxi. Bicycle rentals in front of JR Sasayamaguchi Station: electric bicycle 1,000 yen per day, regular bicycle 800 yen. You can take a bus from the east exit of Sasayamaguchi Station as close as Sasayama Homei High School, but it is 4.4km from there to the shop, so we do not recommend taking the bus. |

「ろあん松田 篠山店」さんへ♪
こちらのお店の利用は事前予約のみ！
ランチは2回転のようです。
私は平日のランチ、
14時の回にお伺いしました。
篠山城を観光した後、市街地から車で約10分、
山里にお店はありました。
とても趣のある一軒家蕎麦店です。
店奥の駐車場に車を停めて、
少し早めに店内へ。
6人テーブルの個室に通されました。
おっ、ちょっとVIPな気分笑。
ランチメニューはおまかせコースのみ（7,700円）
支払いは現金のみになります。
まずは黒豆茶を出していただきました。
この季節の丹羽篠山の黒豆、嬉しい感じです♪
メニューは口頭で説明され、
お蕎麦が3種類っことはわかりました。
そしてコーススタート！
1品目は、
●いちじく
蓬莱柿（ほうらいし）という品種
皮ごと食べられるらしい
2品目は、
●お野菜盛り合わせ
万願寺唐辛子他
3品目は、
●八寸的なもの
鹿肉ロースト
万願寺唐辛子（※赤は熟した万願寺唐辛子）
銀杏
篠山ごぼう
黒枝豆
カボチャ
鹿の時雨煮
落花生
出し巻き玉子
かまぼこ
味付けは薄味。
それでも、楚材そのものの旨味を堪能です♪
そして、1つめの蕎麦の登場！
●もりそば
外の殻を外した中心のものを使用。
風味があって、噛むと旨味が溢れ出してきます。
蕎麦つゆは、キリッと辛口。
程よいコシ、喉越し抜群。
ほぼ十割、9.5ぐらいとのことでした。
●小芋と椎茸
出汁が旨い。
続いて2品目の蕎麦が登場！
●粗挽きそば。
期待が大きかった分、これは普通でした。
＋料金で鴨汁追加注文
鴨汁に入れる自家製の柚子胡椒。
香りがとっても良い。
鴨汁には鴨肉3枚、鴨団子2個。
ボリュームありましたが、
ちょっと私好みではなかったかな。
●蕎麦寿司
中には穴子
さっぱりとお口直し的な感じでした。
最後の3品目の蕎麦が登場！
●山かけ蕎麦
山かけは丹波篠山のものを使用
今回のコースで1番細い蕎麦になります。
コシもあって旨味も十分。
山かけも、いい感じでしたね♪
●蕎麦湯と香の物
蕎麦湯はサラサラタイプでした。
●デザートは栗餅と抹茶
抹茶も美味しかったですが、
丹波篠山の丹羽栗を使った栗餅がいい感じ♪
これでコース終了‼︎
携帯が入らないので、
1人だと退屈な2時間かもです（笑）
