季節の前菜3種類、よくばり赤身肉と最上級ロース肉、たっぷりの丹波篠山産地元野菜、当館でしか味わえない〆のぼたん丼、季節の手作りデザートの内容。

400年以上の歴史の中では、明治の元勲「木戸孝允」が宿泊されたり、昭和54年には 浩宮徳仁親王殿下にもご宿泊を賜っている料理旅館です。昔の偉人の歴史に触れながら、ここでしかお召し上がり頂けない近又謹製のぼたん鍋を 是非ご堪能ください。
