We carefully select and manage high-quality domestic boar meat. In the fall and winter, we use chilled aging to bring out the maximum flavor of the boar meat. We will also freeze the food in the spring and summer, but we will serve it without sacrificing the flavor.
Miso botan nabe with chestnuts is only available at our store. At least once, try Kisaragi-an Nyogetsuan, a restaurant specializing in peony hotpot.
