にお誘い頂き、創業78年の
名店に訪問しました。
ＪＲ姫路駅から車で2時間弱！
格闘技談義に花を咲かせたため
あっという間に到着！
駐車場から歩いて店へ！
店内はテーブル席！個室！
カウンターとありますが、
当然、カウンター席に着座！
鮨を提供する御影石の台と
大将の調理するまな板は、
ほぼ同じ高さですので
包丁さばきがみれます。
まず、
・小鉢5品（小芋、なまこ、白子など）
・刺身（まとう鯛、よこわ、鰆、赤いか、雲丹）
・セコ蟹
が登場します！印象に残っている
のは、刺身のよこわ！熟成の旨味が
これまで食べてきたものとは違います。
そして芝山蟹！
袋を破り出てきた蟹は元気に
動きます！それを一気にさばき、
・かに（生、あぶり、ボイル）
・かにみそ
として頂きます！
説明するまでもない旨さ！
生は、かにみそをたっぷり
つけて頂きます！
さらに
・甲羅酒
みそを溶かして頂きます！
ああ！生きていて良かった！
さらに料理は続きます！

からすみは、軽く炙るだけ
ですので、ほぼ生の食感！
歯にまとわりつくことなく
酒を飲みながら頂きました！
ここから鮨です。

・但馬牛
・穴きゅう巻き
鮨にたどり着く前に既に満腹で
したが、旨いものは、別腹！
こちらも美味しく頂きました！
大将は銀座久兵衛などで修行
された方！
親父さんは、明石菊水出身
です！ちなみに親父さんに
明石菊水出身者の中では
古いであろう、ささ倉さんの
ことを聞いてみますと、
ささ倉さんは親父さんが
おられなくなってからとの
こと！
いったい親父さんは、
いくつなのでしょうか！
