城崎＆福山出張③
前日の夜にお薦めいただいた創業80年の老舗寿司屋さんにランチで訪問。
ランチ限定メニューのにぎり寿司セット（にぎり寿司５貫、半玉うどんセット）と、松葉かにメニューからかににぎり（かににぎり６貫、かにみそ軍艦２貫）をオーダー。にぎり寿司は、トロ・カンパチ・ヒラメ・サワラ・イカ。シャリは甘めで酢が控えめ、粘りがあって、いかにも西日本的なお味で、とっても美味です。かににぎりも、かにの旨みと甘みが凄く、想像以上の美味しさです。かにみその濃厚な味わいと、海苔の食感がマッチする軍艦も最高でした。
今回は予約無しでの訪問でしたが、ラッキーなことに同僚と２名テーブル席に座れましたが、私たちの後は20〜30分くらいの待ちとなっていました。今度は、夜にじっくりとカウンターで、色々といただきたいと思います。
