Tuna is delicious!
This is Kappa Sushi in Toyooka City. I went on a Saturday at 10am, so I was first on the list. There is a parking lot in front of the store. The system is that Sushi you order is delivered to you using a conveyor belt. This time, I tried a variety of dishes: tuna, Tempura sushi, various shellfish, tuna yukke, etc. Everything was delicious, but the tuna and yellowtail were especially good. The tuna was really tasty. It wasn't soggy, nor watery, it was delicious. The yellowtail was also firm and full of flavor. Because it was first on the list, the food I ordered came quickly, which was great.
Spring Sushi is delicious!
This is a Conveyor belt sushi restaurant, but due to recent circumstances, the Sushi was not moving on the conveyor belt. There is plenty of parking. This time, I ate a lot of the spring limited menu items, including whelks, corn, tuna, yellowtail, Tempura, kitsune udon, etc. Kappa Sushi 's Sushi is really good. Everything was delicious, but the yellowtail was the best. Second was Tempura asparagus! The corn was also good. There was a plate with different combinations, so I was able to eat a variety of Sushi. It's a shame that you can't take sushi from the conveyor belt, but I can really feel the company's efforts.
