At [Kizan], we serve freshly ground, kneaded, and boiled soba noodles. This is a masterpiece made by hand using freshly ground buckwheat flour and focusing on the ingredients. You can enjoy "white sob
...a" and "black soba" while looking out at Izushi's Tatsuko-ro (clock tower) from the tatami room on the second floor. Our restaurant is the only one in Izushi where you can compare the taste of both types of soba. Please enjoy our carefully selected soba noodles and the magnificent view.
