お肉は赤身を中心とした日替わりのステーキです。
使用するお肉は但馬玄（神戸ビーフクラス）のお肉。肉のうま味をしっかり感じられるお肉です。（イチボ・ヒウチ・ランプなど部位は日によって変わります）

All seats are non-smoking and only available to guests of elementary school age or older during dinner time. Dinner is subject to a 10% service charge. (Customers staying at Koyado En and Mikuniya will not be charged a service charge.) Dinners on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, holidays, and days before holidays will only be served as course meals.
