大満足の和懐石ランチ
夜の割烹使いの店かもしれませんが、予約するとお昼の懐石も食べさせていただけます。
この場所は三男坊や虎と龍、とんかつやさんなどコロコロ店が変わるのであまりいい印象が在りませんでしたが。。はたして。
城崎の名旅館での修行された和に徹した料理はとても美味しく、旬の食材や都会のお客さんをもてなすのに十分のクオリティでした。
近隣のミシュラン掲載店に負けない美味しさでしたよ。
どこか、よく行く大阪の名店「枡田」さんにも似た感じのスタイルとお味でした。
松茸も香り豊かで美味しかったし、竹野の鰆、近隣で取れたであろう刺身もとても新鮮で身がこりこりです。
料理を運んでくださるかたが、料理人さん（人手不足？）ということもあって、詳しく説明していただけます。これがとてもありがたく、そして楽しかった！
作っている人が説明するので、いろいろ勉強になりました。
見た目鮮やかな手毬寿司の竹器での提供が本日のハイライト、皆さんの歓声があがります。
唯一の洋風だったデザートまで文句なしの美味しい懐石膳でした。
あと、椀物だったか、少し味が濃かったけど、好みの問題ですかね。
もっと出汁を生かして薄味のほうが好みかもしれませんけど。
