"Tojo" is a restaurant where you can see the clock tower and castle, symbols of Izushi, from your seat.
It may be a little difficult to find for first-time customers, but the restaurant has table seats and tatami-mat seats with a great view of the ruins of Izushi Castle and Tatsuko Tower. The soba menu
...only has one item, sara soba, but the buckwheat purchased from a contracted farmer is carefully ground in a stone mill and hand-made by the owner with love. We also provide freshly boiled soba according to your order. It is common to eat soba with soba soup stock to enjoy the flavor, but we are proud of our ``freshly ground, freshly made, and freshly boiled'' so that you can enjoy the original flavor of soba, so please try it with seaweed salt for the first bite. As a special privilege, if you eat 20 plates or more (15 plates for children), you will be given a ``Certificate of Tojo Soba Connoisseur'' tag.
