地元の食材を使い、あえてスタンダードからちょっと外した料理を出していただいて、とても楽しめるメニュー構成でした。
城崎某老舗旅館での修行されたとのことでしたが、一品のインパクトは流石でした。
あと、盛付けが、飾り付けが素晴らしく、今まで見たことの無いレベルでした。
見た目でも楽しませてくれるのですね、これは素晴らしい。
こういった懐石コースの定番の土鍋ごはんが無いのが、チョイと残念ですが、事前にオーダーすると出るとのこと。
ご飯ラバーズには、メインが手打ち蕎麦だけなら少し物足りないかなぁ。
最後の、目の前の海から取ってきた、テングサで作った心太デザート。
これまで作るのか！？と感動しました。
