初めて水戸の老舗割烹なんぞというところを訪問しました。
場所は水戸駅からちょっと離れた夜の繁華街、大工町交差点そば。
水戸で１００年以上営業しているとのことで期待しながら個室に案内された。
個室はゆったりでよいが、前菜からデザートまでの一連の料理がそれほど記憶に残らない。
納豆料理を頼むか、もう少し季節をまってあんこうの時期に来るのが正解かと思った。
でも気さくな女将がしばらくは部屋にいてお酌に付き合ってくれたのでよしとするか。
それでもビールは早々に切り上げて、菊盛、一品その他こちらのお酒（大吟醸）を次々と飲んですっかり出来上がってしまいました。なかなか茨城の酒もいけます。
でも４合壜で8000円以上するのはちょっと他所より高いですねえ。老舗代も上乗せですかね。
あんこうの時期にまたい行ってみようかと思います。
